SECCAP 1st Year Admission 2024
Students who took the matriculation exam in 2024 and are waiting for the Admission Card will be eligible for online admission in Class XI using their 9th class mark sheet and B form, with admissions starting on June 25. Eligibility Criteria SECCAP Admission Requirements
Eligible Students:
- SSC/Technical Board/G.C.E (O’Level) or equivalent examination graduates
- Students who passed within the last three years before 2021 (with 5 marks deducted per year gap)
Specific Requirements for G.C.E (O Level) Students:
- Must pass English, Urdu, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, and four optional subjects
- Mandatory equivalence certificate from I.B.C Islamabad for Cambridge Board students
General Admission Conditions:
- Adhere to conditions set by the concerned Education Board for the relevant level, faculty, or subject
- Late applicants must submit an affidavit confirming they haven’t been admitted to any college before
Domicile Requirements:
- Students with Sindh domicile are eligible
- Students with domicile from other provinces can apply on a quota basis only

The Department of College Education was established on October 23, 2016, as a standalone division. There are 297 colleges in Sindh: 199 in the Karachi Division, 56 in the Hyderabad Division, 18 in Mirpur Khas, 31 in Sukkur, 24 in Larkana, and 28 in Shaheed Benazirabad. There are 128 female colleges, 123 male institutions, and 46 coeducational colleges.
